About the garden
The Brief was to create a pond suitable for wildlife with a waterfall. This was to be visually appealing to the couple and to attract frogs, newts, dragonflies and other creatures. The waterfall gives a soothing sound and sight. The edge is made up of loose natural sandstone and rocks to enable access for frogs and birds. Planting is in the form of mixed marginal, water lilies and alpine planting around the waterfall.
